5"2, 25 year old changing her lifestyle to become more active and health conscious. I want to be down to 115 (which I havent been since highschool) but most importantly, become more healthy slim, fit and tanned! :) Once I reach my goal weight, I want to start lifting weights!I post things that will keep me motivated to choose and maintain a healthy diet and active lifestyle.
